FLYDOC exists because most clinic technology was built for hospitals, not for independent doctors and small clinic teams. Somewhere between clinic management software, website builders and WhatsApp automation tools, doctors were left stitching together five different systems that do not talk to each other.
The problem with treating each step separately
A website that looks good but is not connected to WhatsApp does not help a patient who wants a quick answer. A clinic management tool that tracks patients but has no link to how those patients were acquired makes it hard to know what is actually working. Each tool solves a small piece of the puzzle while the overall patient journey stays fragmented.
What FLYDOC is built to do instead
FLYDOC connects the parts of the patient journey that are usually handled separately: your online presence (website and Google Business Profile), patient communication (WhatsApp), and day-to-day clinic operations (queue, patients, billing). The goal is not to add another dashboard to check — it is to reduce the number of disconnected systems a clinic has to manage.
Built from Ranchi, for clinics everywhere
FLYDOC started by working closely with clinics in Ranchi, Jharkhand, to understand exactly where the patient journey breaks down in practice — not in theory. That grounding shapes how the product is built, even as it is used by clinics beyond Jharkhand.
